Our local wines: grey wine, Auxerrois, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay

The wines we produce at the Crochet House come from three varietals typical of the Touloise region: the Gamay (essential for the elaboration of the grey wine), the Pinot noir (for the red wines) and the Auxerrois (for the white wine). These three varietals offer a diversified range of fruity and relatively dry wines, vinified according to the specificities of the terroirs. The Chardonnay supplements this range.

Our Grey wine

Grey wine-the irreducible

The grey wine is the typical wine of the Toulois. It comes from a gamay grape variety.

Her dress is pale pink. It's a young wine to drink.

It accompanies very well the specialties lorraines such as the hotpot, the Pate Lorrain or the famous quiche Lorraine.

Lionel's preference: Fresh oysters filled with grey.

Our white wines

Our red wines

Red wine-Pinot-noir

French wine-12% Vol

Wil'Wein

French wine-12% Vol

The Wil'Wein is our red high in oak casks.

It owes its name to the son of the Crochet family, Wilfried, who introduced the breeding in casks in the elaboration of the wines of the house. This allows him to be a promising wine of guard.
