Our sparkling wines

The "traditional method" is an ancestral method of obtaining a sparkling wine. The principle of the so-called "champagnisation" is to obtain by adding ferments and sugars, a second fermentation in bottle that produces a effervescence and bubbles so appreciated in these cuvées. However, if the bubbles up the palates, several factors contribute to their quality: first the rest "on lattes" for several months, the shooting, and then the degorgement. All its stages are carried out by our care, in the field, which allows us to propose a rich and varied range.
