Beginning 2017, an important decision, which is only the logical continuation of the evolution of our cultural practices, was taken: to go into organic viticulture.
Initially, the exploitation is in conversion on all white grape varieties, or about 20% of the surface area.
After Ecocert certification, we will soon be proposing 3 "organic" cuvées.
- A bubble: the Blaissières
- 2 White wines: Auxerrois and Chardonnay.
In terms of means, we hope to be able to spend all the exploitation in bio.
